JP & C Construction Inc
has been in business since 1997 with over 50 years of combined experience between the principal partners, Joseph LoBuono and Paul Frank.
We are conveniently located in Mount Vernon, New York. This allows us to manage projects in Westchester, Rockland County, Long Island, Manhattan, Connecticut and
parts of New Jersey.
Our in-house experienced carpentry team and project managers keeps our pricing competitive and projects on schedule.
Many clients call for additional projects and we take pride in the honesty and integrity of our work.

Paul E. Frank is a registered Architect with the state of New York. He is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with over 30 years of design experience. Functional, athestically pleasing design are the hallmark of his plans, with a focus on customer needs and requests.
